Detailed Buying Lead Description

  1. I am looking for a nonwovenmaterial that has avery small pore size (3-5uM) and strong tensile strength. 50-100GSM
    • it does not have to be bicomponent any nonwovenmaterial you have will be sufficient as long as the above mentionedrequirements is met.
    • we will be using this as a base media for ourelectrospinned membrane. We need smaller pore sizes and strongermaterial as when we electrospin the membrane to the base media we donot want any residue left  when we separate the two afterelectrospinning.
    • target usage will be 0.5Million m2 per year.
    • samples. A4 sheet
   2. A bicomponent material with the following specifications:
    Weight - 70GSM
Process - Spunbond and point bonded
    Thickness - 0.23mm
    Tensile Strength: MD = 380 N/5cm   CD = 150 N/5cm
    Breaking Elongation: MD = 30%     Cd = 25%
    Tear Strength: 4 N
  •  samples in A4 sheet
    3. A PET/PET bicomponent with the sheath'smelting point of 180degC. Strong tensile strength and0.1mm thick. Samples should be in A4 sheet sizes.

    4. a PP/PP or a PP/PE sheath/core bicomponent withthe sheath's melting point higher than 130degC, 40-100GSM, A4 sheetsample sizes. This will be used for liquid filtration. PP should be thesheath.
