Very High End Diamond Jewelry Manufacturer

We are a Luxury Brand seeking a manufacturer of very high quality diamond bridal and diamond fashion jewelry.  We seek extremely high quality craftsmanship and superb attention to the smallest detail.  Must be able to provide some design and sketching services and be able to produce quantites in a reasonable amount of time, approximately 4 to 6 weeks for quantity orders.  We would also like to be able to supply our own diamonds.  Product development is extremely important for us and we must find someone that we can build a long term working relationship with to ensure the utmost high quality product.
