trade/shipping agent from Turkey or Pakistan

Need someone that can arange medicine transport frm turkey or pakistan to croatia for perscription medicine without customs office involvment
Packages would contain medical prescription medicine for which i have buyers and suppliers but need someone for transportpackage size iz max 100kg
I would regulary order 2-3 times a month and pay well
Any methode is acceptable and pickup anywhere in croatia is good
Prefered would be cargo ship or cargo plane crew members or employes
As said only real term is that the package doesnt get to the customes office for inspection
The agent or free traders job would be to assure good delivery and or if interested look for new suppliers
all services provided would be payed fairlly
