Here are dimensions for both styles of racks:
2 Piece Horizontal Rack - Both pieces attach to a wall with a screw thru the center. The baseball bat lies horizontally on the rack and in so doing covers each screw. If you envision each piece attached to a wall the smaller piece holding the bat handle is 7.3 cm deep by 5.7 cm high. The larger piece is 8.3 cm deep, 7.6 cm high. Both pieces are 1.8cm thick.
Vertical Rack - The vertical bat holder is actually made up of 2 pieces that are first screwed together and then the rack would be screwed to a wall. The back of the vertical rack is essentially a square piece of wood that is 7.6 cm by 7.6 cm. The back is attached to the piece that holds the bat by 2 screws that are hidden when the rack is on the wall. The piece that actually holds the bat handle is 7 cm deep by 7.6cm wide. All wood is 1.8cm thick.
The bats that we use have handle diameters of approximately 3.048cm and barrels (bigger end of bat) of 6.66cm
