Low end wifi web camera

Very simple low end wifi web cam for indoor use, optimized for low cost. To be used as integrated part of surveillance system for indoor.

Minimum requirements:

* Small form factor and discrete style, ideally white color.
* Possible to mount on a wall with screws or seld adhesive.
* Wifi connection.
* Infrared LEDs for dark vision.
* Power supply for Europe, and preferably also possibility to put (rechargable) battery.
* IPSec capability for securing the wifi connection. Either via native functionality or via programmable chip in the camera where we can program this ourselves.

I expect initial order to be 500-1000 items, thereafter approx 1000/month.

PLEASE do not suggest any advanced high end cameras, this is NOT of interest for my application!
