POP we need that bank to bank at the same time (preferably before) we formally confirm POF, as our Bank is very aware of all the scams and bogus deals out there in the used rails market right now. We will not provide pre payment advice by way of an MT 760 as these notices can and have been abused in the past as I sure you are aware. 

We require following documents from Seller with full institution contacts issued them:
- Company registration certificate; 
- Radiation certificate; 
- Certificate proving Seller is allowed to do export of metal; 
- Photos or videos of the yards (serious Sellers will say that they dont prove anything, but in fact  they do because it is not so easy to fraudsters to find yard with at least part of the amount they are offering and make good series of panorama and close up photos); 
- Names of the loading ports and shipping company Seller are cooperating; 
- Passed bill of Lading P/B (no its not confident  its public document and proofs that Seller did business before); 
- Statement of availability of product (send also direct contacts of institution issued this document); 
- Port storage agreement. 

5. Pre final contract, our representative is allowed to do yard visit with SGS inspection (Seller provides us with all addresses of the yards).

7. Seller bank 2% PB 
8. SBLC activated 
9. Shipping accordingly contract
