CRYOGENIC FACILITIES

Liquid N2 vessel about 40m3: L= 9000mm, D= 2300mm. with its exterior vessel in Carbon Steel. The interior vessel in Stainless Steel, the annulus filled with expanded Perlite and with slight vacuum. The optg. press.= 2barg.

This liq. N2 is intrduced into two booster pumps (one pump as spare), each one capable of boosting of 6250kg/h of liq. N2 to 18.5barg, followed by a water bath- steam vaporizer, producing 5000Nm3/h of gaseous Nitrogon to the end user at a Steel Foundry Furnaces. All these equipments are installed on a skid with its full contol system and instrumentation. Available utilities:

Steam 10barg saturated, Elect. 380V, 3- Phases, freq.= 50cps, and 220V with 50cps. The schematic configuration of the project is shown below: The Key control scheme is: upon initiation of demand for N2 gas, there is only 15 minutes elapsed time till its full  rate continuous production, 5000Nm3/h.
