Waterproof Dry Bag Wanted

Looking for a lightweight waterproof dry bag with the following features;

1) TPU coated nylon or similar lightweight material
2) Roll top with Clasp
3) Pull tab on base
4) Fully taped/welded seams

You must also be able to facilitate the following;

1) Slight customization of design - (we wish to perhaps add some loops on the outside of the bad to allow for compression straps
2) Different colours and sizes; e.g. 5,10,15,35 Litres.
3) Print our brand name on the product


About us:
We are a small start-up mountain sports company based in the UK. We're looking to import and sell our goods directly to the UK market and challenge the market with new and innovative products.

Our Order:
We would require a good business relationship that would be based on trust. This would mean verification of the seller through face to face contact or by proxy (nominated agent). You must be able to be flexible on price and quantity. Although we are looking to purchase around 500 bags as an initial order - that 500 may be composed of different sizes/colours. We are looking to develop a strong relationship with a view to repeat business and maybe even developing a new product completely new to the UK market.

We see the trade progressing like this:
1) Initial Contact - discussion of designs, fabric, cost and quantities.
2) Samples/Prototype -  A sample will be required to be sent to our office.
3) We will then review as to whether we wish to customize the design, if so, we would then like to cover the cost of making a prototype. Otherwise If we are happy with the standard product sample recieved then we would proceed with a concrete order on mutually beneficial terms.
4) Payment would be conducted through a secure channel with appropriate trade contracts drawn up.
