Printed Leather Passport Wallet

We need leather passport wallets that are printed on with our artwork. This means the background colour of the passport should be white on the outside and the inside. We will supply the artworks, probably 2 - 3 different designs. They may be single colour or multiple colour. Please can you tell me:

- the unit cost of 500 passports and 1000 passports (assume 250 of each design)

- lead time for a sample

- cost of a sample

- lead time for the full order

- postage and packaging costs

Also some photographs of your passports would be helpful.
