SOLAR ROOFTOP or LAND TO RENT NEEDED

1. We are looking for companies/warehouses with big rooftop willing and wishing  to rent their rooftop to install PV to produce electricity in Spain and /or Portugal. 
2. Please send us as much information as possible:
    A. Location - Address, Google Earth details, etc.
    B. An estimate of the size of the land/rooftop.
    C. Any pictures, etc.
    D. Whether the Owner prefers to rent or sell the property.
3. We will be in constant contact with you, in order to let you know where we are.  We encourage questions at any time.
4. We will rent it from him, paying the owner of the bldg  a rental fee of total gross revenues.
5. The minimum roof size is about 10,000 m�, which will yield about 500 KWp .
6. The client has to put up 0 . 
7. The renter pays all of the fees and permit/connection charges.  Minimum term is 25 years.
8. The technology to be used both on rooftops and on the ground will be, initially, thin-film (not polycrystalline) photovoltaic solar panels.

9. For the land, we need to know the status of the Construction Permit, The Evacuation (Grid Connection), and the Tariff (amount of /Wp to be paid to the buyer/renter.) Our clients are looking for land with licenses in hand to build and operate, or rooftops, for which licenses are relatively easier to obtain.
