Detailed Buying Lead Description

Hello

My name is Kalvin Moodley and my company is called Allied Engineering Solutions Ltd.
We specialize in industrial automation and industrial processes, where we provide various
services and solutions to different industries.A new project that we are embarking on is to
provide water treatment plants to treat COW water in the dairy industry,so that this water
can be used as potable water.

I need a reverse osmosis system to treat COW water ( condensate of whey,by-product of
the manufacture of cheese or milk powder).

The COW water has the following make up :

Flowrate = 40,000 litres per hour for up to 21.5hrs per day

COD < 50mg per litre but typically around 20mg per litre

Conductivity < 50us but typically around 20us

Temperature > 10degC and < 25degC but typically around 15degC

Contains minor traces of dissolved milk organics and has a milky odour

I also require a quote on a chlorine dioxide generator which will be used on the same
water treatment plant. Please inform me of the chemicals that you use in the process to
generate the chlorine dioxide.

I welcome your quotes, questions and suggestions on the above reverse osmosis system
and chlorine dioxide generator.

Thank you
