PDA Windows Mobile RFID

Hi,

The project depends of a law that are moving over Brazilian congress. If be approved, I'll need more than 1.000, maybe more than 5.000 units of a high trustworty PDA with the following specifications:

Windows Mobile 5 or later.

BuiltIn RFID (probably 13.56MHz) or a top-centered SD Slot to put an SD RFID Reader.

3.5'' touchable 240x320 Screen.

Wi-Fi 802.11 B/G.

Pen

USB cable to computer.

Extra batteries/chargers.

Warranty.

Protection case.

I'll also need to by SD RFID readers if the PDA doesn't have a one.

I'll also need many WiFi routers, computers, card printers and hundreds of thousands of RFID ISO7810 Cards.

The PDA's would be bought by demand. So I'd like to receive prices of 10/100/1000 units.
