Kubota BX23 tractor with a front end loader and backhoe. I bought it in 2006 brand new.  Plus attachments, box scraper, tiller, spreader, and 42 inch woods bush hog. Tractor has only 79 hours on it.  Garage kept. One owner! Used around the house to pull bushes, move snow, dig holes, and move stone. The tractor is in super great condition. I did the 50 hour service to it.  A few small marks on front end loader, nothing special just normal wear and grease spots here and there from me greasing.The only reason I'm selling this is because of a divorce.  My ex was allowed to move to CA for his job and we have a son together. It's too hard not seeing him so I have to move. I waited five years to buy this tractor but my son is priceless! Any questions just ask.
