Stock, over runs, missed orders children's clothes wanted.

I am hoping to open a children's clothes store around start November.  It will NOT be a boutique store so i am looking for smallest prices.  I am hoping to open a store that will have a large turn over in stock so am looking for good suppliers to have a long relationship with.  I am after between 20-40 items per style, mixed sizes but approximately 30-40 styles from babies to teenagers.  If the style sells well there will be reorders of that style. I would like to turnover stock on a weekly to fortnightly basis.
