B2B eCommerce Website

I'm looking to put together a e-commerce website that has a B2B and B2C presence. It has to be fully integrated (POS, merchandising, customer / resellers / wholesalers database, and able to export information into accounting programs) and I have to be able to do all the work of updating vendors that supply the items, run commission reports (there will be two types of commission resellers and product sales), run commission reports based on different membership levels, and I must be able to run sales reports for all resellers/members based on sale to consumers, retailers, or wholesalers. I'm going to also need to calculate shipping cost for the US and other countries. Reseller and wholesalers should be able to log into a back office to see their reports.. Resellers reports would include membership(s) sold or sales from their website(s) for the week, bi weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annually, and annually. Wholesalers would be able to see the purchases made daily, weekly, bi weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annually, and annually. Both Resellers and Wholesalers should be able to download the information in excel or some form of accounting program.
