WANTED " Electric Bicycles to retail in California

I am looking to sell electric bicycles at a retail location and to expand to selling business as well. i need products that meet the above requirements to meet state and federal regulations, i need a supplier so this is not a one time order i see this business becoming very profitable because of the environmentally friendly aspect of the products and the demographics around the location, i am looking for the best price so i can continue to use a supplier for all my orders
