Electronic UV germicidal lamp ballast

Please see picture of the item that we can already get and are what we are wanting to purchase made to our requirements.

We would like to have custom made Electronic UV germicidal lamp ballast.  We are looking for the following requirements:

- Electronic ballast that is energy star
- 110V to 277V
- rapid start
- UL and other certified listing are needed.
- can drive two UV germicidal lamps at 85W
- OEM markings that will have our company name and logo on them

We are looking to purchase a good quantity but want to get a small order first to make sure that the ballast will work and is what we need.
