PET Flakes hot washed - bottle to bottle

We need per month 500 tons of hot washed PET flakes for a bottle to bottle line. Final destination is Port of Itajai / SC in Brazil please send me a DDP Port of Itajai we need following parameters:

PET bottle flakes, washed post-consumer waste, clean (without PVC and paper, abrasive or metallic contamination), dry (max. 1.5 % surface moisture). Material preportioned to adequate shape for feeding: pre-ground (10 mm screen).
Recommendation for flake spezifikation:
- Surface moisture: max. 1.5 %
- PVC content: max. 50 ppm
- Glue content: max. 4.000 ppm (Flakes included)

- Label content: max. 20 ppm
- pH-value: neutral
- HDPE / PP content: max. 20 ppm
- PET dust: max. 0,1 %
- Metal content: max. 20 ppm
- Coloured flakes: max. 30 ppm
- Yellow flakes: max. 4000 ppm
- Other contamination: max. 10 ppm
- Flake size: max. 8 10 mm

- Bulk density: Min. 290 g/l
