Alarm system

We are currently looking for a extremely reliable scalable BUS burglar alarm system with good posibilities for zone expansion etc.

The system must have the following basic features:

1: minimum 6-8 zones with possibility to ad one or several zone expanders

2: The system should support both wired and wireless (868mhz) zones

3. The system should have optional text LCD control panel in Swedish language (we can do text string translation for Your system) or simple LED panel.

4: The system must have room to integrate optional GSM caller in the system casing

5: The system must have a back up battery lasting minimum 12 hours.

6: The system MUST support Contact ID and SIA protocols (SIA not necessary but good). Full Contact ID protocol is an absolut demand.

7: The system must be possible to program remotely over TCP/IP or modem.

8: The system must come with a easy to use and stable windows XP/Vista software for both local and remote programming of all system parameters. This is very important.

9: The system MUST be very well documented with a clear and easy to understand english manual. The programming procedure should be logical, easy and fast.

10: The manufacturer must be able to supply good technical support on all parts of the system in easy to understand english. The technical staff or contact person of the manufacturer must speak or write very good english.

11: The central alarm card and PSU, battery etc should be housed in a steel casing with tamper switch.

12: The system must be extremely reliable with close to zero failure frequency.
