Water Treatment Unit

Dear Sir,

We need water treatment and softning unit for power plant. The details are as follows:

2 Nos              Water treatment unit

The water treatment unit is designed for treatment of brackish water, with low organic matter and suspended solids content i.e. for typical well water, according to the raw water specification.

Capacity           2 x 2.5 M3/h

1                      Sand filters 2 x 100�/o capacity

1                      Softening unit with 2 x 100% capacity softeners (with NaCl tank)

1                      Safety cartridge filter with 5 micron mesh size

1                      Vertical multistage centrifugal high pressure feed pump

Reverse osmosis housings and membranes

1                      Chemical cleaning tank and pump

Local control panel for the system

Set of interconnection pipes flanges and valves

1 Nos          Treated water storage tank

The treated water is stored in the treated water storage tank before distribution to the consumers.

The storage tank is made of corrosion proof material (non ferrous) to prevent corrosion born particles entering the system.

The tank is designed for under/above ground installation and is equipped as follows:
