Miniature digital camera

The still digital camera is supposed to take still images by external commands (from an external CPU). An internal battery needs to last for at least 3 years to take pictures once a week (52 frames in a year). A built-in LED light should provide illumination to a distance of about 50cm. Fixed focus, with widest angle lens as possible. Internal memory should be enough to save at least all 52 frames taken in a year. Images taken should be sent to the controller (external CPU) via serial communication. Smallest possible size and weight.
