Plastic housings to be free issued to pack assembler.

To be suitable for range of garden power tool product applications.

Normal discharge current in range of 1.5 ~ 9A

In extreme use discharge current 12A max

Over current protection should not cut out with initial high start up spike current of grass trimmer.

PCB to provide a safe reliable protection.

Battery pack will be subject to 3^rd party testing for safety and durability in abusive conditions.

Charge time: 3 hours (should also be suitable for option of 1 hour fast charge)

Storage temp: -20 ~ +50 deg C

Life cycle: min 90% capacity after 400 cycles in product use*

Over discharge protection cut off: 2.70V +/-0.080V / cell

Over-current protection 1: 20A +/-1A at 1s

Over-current protection 2: 50A +/-5A at 200ms

Discharge temperature protection: 75+/-8 deg C

Discharge temperature protection release: 60+/-5 deg C

High charging temperature protection: 45 +5/-0 deg C

Low charging temperature protection: 0 +5/-0 deg C

3 hour charge time but need to allow for 1 hour charge as future option
