Bright CREE rechargeable torches wanted

I require very bright CREE torches with mounting kits, traffic cones (orange) to go inside police vehicles. I have seen a torch that slides into a mount in the vehicle and is exceptionally bright. I require torch that has high and low settings and a flash pattern to alert traffic to accidents etc. The torches also have to be bright to chase criminal in night or to find missing person. MUST be made of heavy material, not plastic. Needs to recharge without taking battery out of torch

Please advise if you have a product that meets this requirement. I would need to purchase samples prior to placing large orders - generally in 100 unit orders. Quick delivery would be prefered.

Also if you can provide smaller torches of same type of requirements with pouch to go on Policemans belt, I am also interested in these.
