Small size high heels shoes

I am looking for a minimum order 1 quantity, but I am definitely buying more than 1 quantity. I am also prefer to have a sample send to me before I make the big order. If possible, I would like to deal with a company that will accept my design once I establish my own reputation one day. I would like to have good quality product and not immitation from well known brand.
