LCD TOUCH SCREEN complete with Mechanicals for Mounting in Car ouch screen device

We are retained by an European company for a new Product development Program to locate sources for Touch Screen LCD for a new device like Personal Navigation device.

Brief requirements are as given below

• A high quality colour display, suitable for use in a vehicle and work in widely varying  temperature and lighting conditions
• A touch screen.
• Capacity to Store and access data e.g. memory card or built in flash memory.
• Quick start capability ( The Unit will be powered by the Electricals in the Car and Need not be powered when the Car is not running  ( No need for Internal battery and has to start when the car starts)  
• Processing power sufficient to render street level mapping in real-time.
• A serial communications port for connection Through an RS232 interface.
• Easy, secure installation in a wide range of vehicles, has to Be dash board Mounting only and windscreen mounting not acceptable
• Removable screen to avoid theft from the vehicle.
• Can have a few Hard Buttons if it is absolutely essential and Supplier to inform the no of such hard buttons , their functions and benifits
• The Touch Screen will be working on Software based on linux thus no operating system is required with the product. 
• Design Life of 5 years and must be capable of working trouble free for 2500 full menu operations of the Touch screen. Supplier need to provide 1 year warranty and must be capable of warranty upto 3 years if required.
