Infrared heather kit for sauna wanted

We are searching infrared heather kit for wood sauna. We need the product complete with infrared far emitter, metallic box, deflector and, if possible, the regulator too. 220Volt, AC 50Hz, power in the range from 750Watt to 1000Watt. It's not important the type of the infrared heater, it's important it's heath care, CE compliance and it's suitable for wood sauna (for example it need a good IP, the International Protection value). We need a quotation for 10 pieces (for tests), 100 pieces (for starting the market), 1000 pieces (for our marketing monthly goal).
