TOTAL QUANTITY: 1.500.000 MT (ONE MILION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND METRICTONES) IN 5 YEARS.

MONTHLY QUANTITY : 12.500 MT (Twelve Thousand and Five hundred) 1st trial delivery per 1st month starting,

from 2nd shipment to ahead 25.000 MT (TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND METRICTONES) per month

INITIAL CONTRACT LENGTH : 12 MONTHS, as REVOLVING till 5 YEARS .

PACKING: BULK ON VESSEL

CURRENCY: USD UNITED STATES DOLLARS.

INSPECTION: INSPECTION SHALL BE DONE AT LOADING PORT ONLY BY SGS

PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% PB AGAINST NONOPERATIVE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT (the LC becomes operative against to PB2% issuing)

PAYMENT TERMS: DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT, PAYABLE 100% AT SIGHT DOCUMENTS: IRREVOCABLE,

DIVISABLE, NONTRASFERABLE, AUTO REVOLVING (month by month : only after the 1st

successful shipments).
