electric scooters wanted

I am setting up a business in Cambridge in the UK and would like to buy some electric scooters, 1500W to 2000W with the following facets.

*   Preferably with a silicone battery

*   Needs to have EEC, COC certification and be compatible with the UK market

*   45 ph top speed

*   Range 55 - 60 km

*   Modern syle required

*   With an emphasis on ecology - ie green issues

As I  really need to have confidence in what I am selling I am looking for the option to buy 2  for sample approval ( I realise that the price will be consonant with the first small delivery)

If the scooters are as good as anticipated I would  then like to order them in batches of 26   scooters at a time until the business grows.
