Incineration WTE plant

MERU LT incooperation with Minsk Regional Executive Committee initiated a project onconstruction of an incineration waste to energy plant on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. A Memorandum of intentions wassigned ensuring government support and preferences to this project due to itsecological and social importance.

The partnerinvestment company will be selected by direct negotiations.

Conditions:100% investment receiving at least 51% share in the JV.

Thenecessary equipment, manufacturer and final cost of the project are defined bythe investor. The construction site will be provided for a long-term lease, itssize and location will correspond the requirements depending on the plantcapacity.

MERU LT isready to provide consulting, representative, informational and other servicesto the investor in the course of the project's realization as well asoperational management of the plant after its implementation.
