4. All Certificates and Documents must be Original, Sealed and Stamped signed with pen.
5. Documents Original Origin Certificate(1/1) or Form A (1/1), Health (1/1) and Veterinary Health Certificates (1/1) must be issued from offical otoroties, Original Invoice (3/3), Packing/Weight List (3/3), Ingredient List, B/L (3/3), COA (3/3).
7. All documents must contain: Production Date, Expration Date, Batch Number.
8. Labeling: Each Bag must be labled: Product Name, Origin, Batch Number, Production Date, Expration Date, Exporters Name and Address, Importers Name and Address, Net Kg, Gross Kg, Total Bags.
