Detailed Buying Lead Description

Dear sir ,
We are a trading co. in Iran with 36 years expriences in global markets , many
customers around the Iran know us , we have a lot of customers willing to errect
construction projects as well hotel , shopping center , residency towers , tourism
complex , water-plays complex , residency apartments in multi-storey buildings ,
villas , and so on
Our customers are ready to open irrevocable & confirmed usance L/C with 12-18
months duration after conclusion of the projects , on favour of sources who accept
usance L/C from Iran banks and to perform construction projects completely .
The price accepted by our customers is at US$340 per m2 infrastructure ( for build
up hotels , shopping centers , residency towers , residency arartments in multi-storey buildings  ) the project must be performed within short times , with latest technology .
We have several customers who are huge-apratments maker ( cooperative unions of
construction residency apartments ) , each cooperative have to build up 1000  up to 4000 apartments , all of them eagerly willing to welcome foreign investors .
you may construct such buildings by usance L/C and besides yr profits you may take
interest of fixed 7%-8% for per year . ( up to 12% max. interest for 18 months after
conclusion of the projects ) .
if you may accept such profitable projects with mentioned conditions ? then pls
don't hesitate to confirm by return enabling us to arrange a contract between you
and our customers .
For yr information our bank regulations for usance L/Cs. is very strict , and our banks
usually demand 20%-30% cash down payment and collaterals as well :  valuable land ,
factory , jewelleries , houses ,... for 140% of the rest L/C amount .
So the usance L/C is guaranteed by our bankers , and you never seen any default from
an Iranian bank at all .
We do hope to start the job as soon as possible , and you appoint us as yr sole agent
in Iran to arrange transactions between you / yr investors & our customers one by one
gradually .
