Seeking elastic shoelace manufacturer

I am seeking a manufacturer to produce high quality straight elastic shoelaces, with plastic tips, for a start-up shoelace business.  I am looking to purchase a minimum order of 1000 pairs and would like them in the colors black, white, metallic silver, pink, light blue and possibly more colors.  I also need to know if the 1000 pair minimum can include different colors (ie 500 black, 500 white). 

I would like to establish a business relationship as my company grows and as the volume increases.
