fashion clothing shoes boots

I'm looking for a company who will produce with a very good quality shoes sandals etc for men and women.I'm looking for a company who doesn't require a minimum order quantity but will work with me for as manny shoes as I require per pair not telling me for a style minimum quantity is 1000, 2000 or 500 pairs.I already have a producing company but my contract will end soon and the price per pair shouldnt  pass 5.50 per pair Im intersted both on the price but also the quality of shoe,Im a serious byer and im looking for serious replys and producers.
