Our customers require large quantities of healthy and crispy gherkins and cucumbers in brine plus acetic for human consumption with the following specifications:

Good yellowish green colour

pH <3.8

Acidity (% vinegar)3.8 +/- 0.2

Salt (% Sodium Chloride) 4.0+/-0.

ppm SO2 180+/-20

Calcium chloride 2.0kg to be added

No tolerance for: Uncomplete osmosis, bad texture (not crispy) , EU forbidden pesticide residues, parasites, foreign matters, defective microbiology.

Calibers: 60/80 (16.6-12.5g)   80/100 (12.5-10.0g)   130/160 (7.7-6.25g)   150/300 (6.6-3.3g)

                300/400 (3.3-2.0g)    150+ (<6.6g) 

                 No different varieties should be mixed up in calibers below 160.

Fruits must be straight, unless otherwise stated.

Packaging: hermetic ringed drums of 150 kg ndw, 80 drums per 20 FCL.
