Machine to make customized dolls, free standing or keychain

a machine that is portable or small that I can use at home in garage or at retail location.  Like the idea of custom made bobblehead or dolls made from photo.  no crafting experience or ability to hire craftmen.  Can i get this in a machine in which i can make a custom doll to go on a keychain or standing based on the photo.  maybe insert the material used, rubber, something eco friendly and it molds the rubber to fit the photo.  will like low cost, efficiet machine.  live in usa-georgia.....also if machine can mold anything someone brings me--not limited to dolls.
