Books with plastic covers wanted

We are looking for a (digitally) printing company for books with plastic covers (size approx. 12 x 15 cm).

The total run of copies will be approx. 2,500-5,000 pieces, separated in approx. 50-100 different sorts of 50 copies each. All books consist of 200 pages of b/w-printing and a pliant plastic cover with 4 colors-printing (CMYK) outside.

The differences among the sorts are:
- max. 10 pages of individual text (b/w) at the end of the 200 pages of the regular book
- the title-design of the plastic covers

Prices please in USD for 50 and 100 different sorts, if possible per sort, of 50 copies per sort, thank you.
