We are medium size Libyan company with capital about 750,000 USD ,we are working in construction field since 2003, and in 2008 we open new branch in Qatar and Egypt.
We are looking for foreign construction company that we can make partnership or joint venture together to hold some projects in Libya. We can provide housing project around 2000 units (around 400 million USD), or touristic project for hotel or touristic village about 100 - 200 million USD, or other type of project like education, university or harbour project.
For interested company to work in Libya with us, and has the ability and are serious , we think strongly that we can provide such type of project after sending companys profile that match the condition .
Here are some of the local government condition :-
1. Company should with capital 10 million USD or more
2. Has employees more then 500 person
3. Work with total projects cost more then 500 million USD in last ten years
4. Register in Libyan trade minister with Libyan partner (with us)
5. Can provide bank guarantee locally upon required (has not problem locally)
