Lampholders with transformer function. Urgent!!!

We need lampholders with transformer functionality.We have a project where the lighting fixture supplies 347VAC however our LED lamps take only 120VAC, also the E26 sockets are too deep for the normal lamps to reach.We need medium size(E26) socket extensions (or lampholders), with about 3 inches (7.5cm) neck+metal base length and also with functionality of step down 347VAC to 120VAC(60HZ). The power load is not big (>20W). The transformer part would be about 2" to 3" long, the size can be bigger than the one I illustrated in th picture.The material is better to be porcelain (or ceramic) that can sustain 347VAC rating.Normally we need cUL or CSA certification for any products selling in Canada. However, this perticular project the lampholder can come without cUL or CSA certification. Once our customer likes the product, we can sponsor UL certification. The first phase we need thousands, but going forward there is a lot of demand.Please contact me today.
