Custom Memory Foam Pillow

The pillow in the picture is the only prototype I have available. The photos are front and back. As you can see I made it myself, it is very basic.

Basically all I want is a piece of memory foam 3"Wx6"Hx around 40" long. Then I need a pillow case that can be removed for cleaning that has an elastic velcro fastening system.

The pillow is intended to fit around your waist, worn while you sleep.

I am open to all of your suggestions for improvements. I would like to start with a length that will fit the average person. This is why I feel the elastic is needed.

I am unsure of density of foam and pillow case material so I will take your advice on that. 

Please quote the cost of complete product.

I would like to see a professional prototye before I comit to purchasing large quantities.
