Machine Embroidered children's BedDING Sets

I am looking at getting cot/king single/single sheet sets made up.I am wondering what your minimum order for my two designs attached for each of the following bed sizes listed. Could you also provide the cost per unit for EACH of the following sheet sets and designs for the following bed sizes. Also the different prices based on a variety of different thread counts for each bed size. My ideal would be 100% cotton with a thread count no less than TC250.King single bed sheets: 1x flat sheet - 200cm x 265cm1x fitted sheet - 107 x 203 x 351x standard size pillow case - 48 x 73cmDuvet Cover (mattress dimensions for a King Single mattress is: 107cm wide x 204cm long)Single bed sheets:1x flat sheet - 180cm x 254cm1x fitted sheet - 91cmx 190cm x 35cm1x standard size pillow case 48cm x 73cm Duvet cover (mattress dimensions for a single bed mattress are: 92cm wide x 188cm long)Cot sheets: 1 Flat Sheet 140 x 160cm1 Fitted Sheet 76 x 135 x 19cm1 Pillowcase 40 x 60cmNo duvet requiredThe embroidery should go right along the edge of the flat sheet edge and along the edge of the front of the pillowcase edge. Please find the two different designs that will need to be made up for king single bed, single bed and cot. Each design has it's own colour chart included. I have given you a template of where the embroidery should go and the height of the embroidery for each of the fitted sheet sizes and on the pillowcase for each set. The pattern for each design is just as it is with ric rac and ribbon. The pattern is only on the top of the sheet and not all the way around. There is no repeat pattern. The pattern should be adjusted to fit the three different sheet sizes (cot/single/king single) and the height of the pattern should be 21cm.. The pattern should also be on the pillow case with ric rac and ribbon as per the layout attached. Some of the colours maybe hard to get so I am happy to compromise somewhat but not completely on the color palette.The packaging would comprise of a plain white box and the sheets would be wrapped in clear plastic and placed inside the box with washing instructions and photo of the bed set. A code will be printed on the box to identify the bed set style and size - this will be provided by me.Could you also send me some of your embroidered designs as well.
