Seeking Joint Venture Partner Dairy Project Kabul project

To whom it may concern,

I am looking to start a Diary project in Kabul.It concerns both Milk production and Milk processing.

The project costs are projected to be around 1,5 million euro. The joint venture partner should be willing to at least invest around 100 000 euro in the project. It is possible that the joint venture partner invests by selling his or her products to the partnership.

The project shall consist of 500 imported Milk Cows and shall start in medio 2010.

*Joint venture partner may expect a return on investment of aboven 10 percent from second year.
*Joint venture partner can expet a safe exit strategy if needed. Joint venture partner is allowed to quit the venture at any moment.
*If the Joint ventures stays for one year as a partner. The joint venture can expect 150 percent of the investment when the partner wants to exit.
