What we require is something very similar to the Robus R650M which you can find on the robusdirect.com website (see PDF on the webpage for details circuit information).
The ROBUS product is designed to work with halogen lamps. We need one which is designed to work with 5w LED lamps. We have found that the normal AC emergency lighting backups can cause LED lighting to flicker so a new solution is required.
