Winch

These are the features for my newly designed Winch:

1.  The Winch is to be rotated manually from both sides (Left and Right Hands, or in case of foot operated, Left and Right Foot , Like BiCycle)

2. Maximum applied force mass on both left and right side is about 8kg.

3. The Winch pulls its mass not with ropes or straps as traditzionally done, but with a rotating belt.

4. The rotating belt has grooves to support the rotation as seen on the center shaft on the winch.

5. The expected mass to be pulled is about 800 kg

6. On the mass to be pulled, there is a disk with grooves similar to the grooves on the winch center shaft

7. Expected continous operation time is about 8 hrs, then about 1 hr. rest time, and another continous operation.

8. You select and design the winch with materials of durability upto 10 years

9. Sample to be produced, first 5 pcs, then about 500 for testing

10. Expected production of samples, with in 1 month

11. IF testing is sussesful, expected number is more than 500,000 for mass production

12. Price, to be offered based on a mass production of 500,000 units. This is direct order, if successful.
