Detailed Buying Lead Description

Currently 40HQ per month, expanding at approximately 60% per year.

We have a requirement for the following

1) 5mm acrylic on the baths (PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE FOR LESS THAN 5mm)

2) 2.5mm acrylic on the panels (not with fiber glass)

3) Single piece of wooden base board included

4) Iron rod to re-enforce rim and stop it warping

5) Stand - Double Zinc coated Iron Bar, 25*25mm with thickness 1mm

6) Panel fixing kit

7) Acrylic should be supplied with thin plastic film over the top

8) Packaging as shown in the document

9) Prices fixed for one year

In addition to this, we need one simple model in 1700mm x 700mm in 3mm acrylic (just this model is ok in 3mm as it is budget model) which we will purchase in 250pcs MOQ. This should be priced as follows:

1700x700 $21 (this does not include panel/accessories/stand/etc).

We will require 5 standard models in 3 different sizes (15 moulds) plus a left and right P-bath. I have attached technical drawing of one model and the p-bath. If we progress I will supply technical drawing of the others.

You will need to bear the cost of the mould.

Prices should be FOB and based on a 40HQ of mixed products.
