This is a battery powered covert video device composed of 4 to 8 components.
The first component is a wireless battery operated video recording device that wakes up when alarmed and can start recording within 1 second. This unit is generally buried in the ground with only the antenna visible. Some of these units can transmit the video via cell phone or RF to a portable downloadable unit. Others, the operator pulls the memory while changing batteries.
The second component are 2 to 4 wireless sensors to detect intruders and wake up the sleeping video recorder and sleeping video cameras. Sensors can be PIR or seismic.
The third component are 2 to 4 wireless cctv cameras that wake up from the alarmed wireless sensors.
The system has to work as a single deployable package with a working wireless range of 500 feet in a forest type environment. Each system would need to have its own alarming frequency so that several deployable packages could be deployed in the general area of intrusion.
