GMO soybeans for oil extraction

We are oil manufacturer, based in Vietnam. We are looking for Soybeans for our oil extraction factory  which will be in operation in March 2010 and consume about 1000 MT of soybeans per day.
Soybeans , Grade no. 2 or better with specification as below:

-        Foreign material: 2% max

-        FFA : <1.3%

-        Oil content: 17-20%

-        Moistures: 12% max

-        Protein: 39-41%

Origin: Preferably from South America.
Quantity: at least 20.000 MT/ month, monthly order
Packing: in bulk
