Shark Sweeper VX3

 I want to make a Rechargeable Cordless Sweeper with a 6 Watt UV-C germicidal light (Ultraviolet Light in C band spectrum) embedded in the bottom of the sweeper behind the brush. I would like to model my sweeper cosmetic design after the Shark VX3 sweeper and the Dirt Devil Sonic Sweeper design.  Initial quantity will be 1,000 pieces with two year projections in the 1,000,000 to 2,000,000 pieces range.
