Custom "Z" folding machine

Custom made "Z" fold machine for folding Polester film

Below is a description of the material and "Z" folded parts that I need the machine to produce. 
 
1) Material is Hi-clarity clear polyester film.
2) Material roll is .002" thick x 1.625" wide x 84,000" long = (3" ID  x 15" OD film roll).
3) Material roll supplied has perforations cut in straight line 1.625" wide (perforations are repeated every 8").
4) Material to be "Z" folded at 8" perforation line location.
5) 1 part = 151 "Z" folds (1 part = 1.625" wide by 8" long x .302" thick).
6) Machine to dis-connect material at perforation line location and stop after 1 part is produced.
 
**Material can not have any scratches or marks on it, must stay very clean**
