We are in funds raising process for hospitality projects.

For two Condotel projects located in Chiang Mai in the North of Thailand (GDCR and WCR) we are searching for US$13Mio and US$ 12 Mio together < > US$ 25 Mio. 

Let us know if you have funding possibility first with Bridge funding as a fast element transferring the Bridge funding over into a long term fund for at least > 12 years with reasonable interest rates (without prepay penalty).

Andaman Resort Development Co., Ltd is a full service Hotel, Golf course and Resort Development company specializing in the development of luxury Resorts, Hotels, Golf Resorts and related recreational properties in the full range of the business cycle.

We are currently in the process of planning, developing and marketing two five-star-Condotel-residence facilities(GDCR and WCR) in Chiang Mai in north of Thailand and a five-star-villa-resort with ~ 85 luxurious residential villas at the Andaman-Sea in the southwest of Thailand, plus a five star Golf Villa Resort in the south of Thailand.
