Fabric needed with black, brown or darker toned characters

1. I need a textile mill to help me design (or make available) and create the fabric
2. I will need a reputable manufacturer of the product
3. I will need a dependable and respected distributor to get my PJ's into the US market

I want to offer a selection of children's Pajamas with black, brown, beige and ethnic looking characters on them, that reflect the diversity in the market today. I want to create a children's line of fabric that will be used to manufacture the pajamas that look like the consumer in the market. I want the characters to have brown skin, dark hair, brown eyes and beautiful features so that there is a diversity in the market and not only blond haired, blue eyed princesses and cartoon characters. I need the fabric to be customized and printed with my creation of the look. I need the pajamas to be manufactured at the lowest but most effective cost in order to keep the pricing at a mid-level availability. I would like mass appeal with distribution and availability to the US market at hand.
